As a Circuit Crew Lead and Marketing Ambassador for the 2024 Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, I played a dual role spanning operational leadership and fan engagement across one of motorsport's most high-profile North American events.

On the operations side, I coordinated the experience design and hospitality setup for 10 branded fan zones throughout Hard Rock Stadium's West Campus, leveraging brand management principles and project-planning tools to streamline installation workflows and elevate the overall fan environment. With over 100,000 attendees moving through the venue across race weekend, I oversaw real-time crowd flow monitoring, signage strategy, and on-site activation management — including exclusive photo experiences with the First Place Trophy — resulting in measurably shorter wait times, smoother traffic patterns, and a stronger safety record across the footprint.

Beyond race weekend, I extended the brand's reach through grassroots marketing efforts, appearing as team mascot at select Miami Dolphins home games to drive F1 Miami email list signups — securing 25 qualified leads and building local fan interest ahead of the annual event.
